WOW! thank you so much for this segment! It hit me that perfectionism wasn't just for those like my mom with her cleaning, but also for those like me who would procrastinate or not bother to start a project (like cleaning) because the finished product wouldn't be "perfect". We both had the same all or nothing issue, just manifested in opposite ways. ~personal assignment...one drawer or shelf at a time :)
